Meet Jay, one of our dedicated staff members at Millstream! You might have already encountered his warm and friendly smile during your visits to the restaurant. As a crucial part of our team, Jay is always hard at work, ensuring your experience is accompanied by a welcoming smile. We asked him a few questions, for you to get to know him a little better!

What is your favourite thing about working at Millstream?

My favourite thing about working at Millstream is how nice the owners are and how nice the general manager Franc is. They are really great to me and my family.

What is your favourite dish? 

My favourite dish is definitely the Duck! 

What attracted you to your current career? 

I have been attracted to this job because I enjoy helping people. 

Tell us three fun facts about yourself:

1. I’m an archaeologist and finishing up my Master’s Degree at Harvard University.

2. I’m currently building a YouTube channel about history and archaeology.

3. I used to be a nightclub crooner, and sang big band music from the 1940’s.
